A third-generation real estate professional, Tory comes from a family with over 90 years of experience proudly serving Ozaukee County and Milwaukee’s North Shore communities. They love to attend lakeside festivals, take long walks with their lovable yellow lab, Charlie, and spend time with family and friends. Tory and Mike also enjoy traveling to visit their children as well as soaking up the sun and humidity in Charleston, South Carolina.

Keenan was born and raised in the North Shore. He is a graduate of Homestead High School, Northern Michigan University and Delta State University. His previous experience in the healthcare industry has given him the ability to listen, communicate and to relate to others on a personal and professional level. As a third-generation real estate agent, he was introduced to the business at a very young age. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, helping to find their next investment or a place to call home. Kennan and his wife Kassie, reside in Mequon with their two children. In his time off, Keenan enjoys spending time with family and friends on the lakes in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Bob Henderson

With a lifelong involvement in real estate Bob comes to the Quinlevan-Armitage Team most recently as owner of Henderson Group, a design-build custom home building company. Bob has spent the last 40 years serving customers in the real estate industry. Bob began his professional real estate/building career as a Construction Manager and Sales Counselor with General Homes in Houston, TX and Tampa, FL, then moved to St Louis, MO to be Project Manager with McBride and Sons home builders. In 1990 Bob founded Henderson Group, Inc. in Mequon. Having built hundreds of custom homes on the North Shore Bob is very familiar with the area and with residential real estate. Bob lives in Mequon with his wife Marybeth and has three adult children who grew up in Mequon. Bob and Marybeth have two granddaughters, Ruth and Margaret, who also live in Mequon. Bob and Marybeth enjoy traveling and spending time with their children, and grandchildren.

Mandy runs the behind the scenes, listing, selling and buying process. She is responsible for coordinating all paperwork and communication necessary to meet deadlines. She works directly with our closing department to help facilitate a smooth and successful closing. She has a long list of experience working in the real estate field, including that of new construction. She delivers professionalism and experience as she communicates with customers and clients of Quinlevan & Armitage. She has been with the team for over 10 years. Mandy resides in Thiensville with her three children.
Kris Rick

Kris has been assisting Tory and several other real estate agents for more than 15 years. Her background in marketing and sales support has been a valuable asset to her team in helping get properties sold. Kris received her marketing management dual major from Northwoods University in Midland Michigan. She is a natural problem solver and prides herself in customer service. She provides sales and marketing support, including Broker’s Open and Open House promotion, direct mailings to promote listings, social media posts for promotion of agents and listings, presentation pieces for listing agents, marketing research and more. After raising two active boys in Cedarburg, Kris and her husband enjoy outdoor activities, travel and their “up-north” time in Tomahawk, WI.
